Minglanilla is a municipality in the province of Cuenca, within the autonomous community of Castile-La Mancha, Spain. It lies in the eastern part of the province, in the region of La Manchuela.
According to the 2006 census published by Spain's National Statistics Institute (INE), the municipality had a population of 2,532 inhabitants.
