Henarejos is a municipality in the province of Cuenca, within the autonomous community of Castile-La Mancha, Spain. It is located in the eastern part of the country, in the sparsely populated region of Cuenca that lies between the central meseta and the eastern coastal provinces.
The municipality has a population of 251. As with many small settlements in this part of Castile-La Mancha, Henarejos is a rural community whose administrative status is that of a municipality (municipio), the basic unit of local government in Spain.
Its position within the province of Cuenca places it in a region characterised by a continental Mediterranean climate and a landscape of plains and low hills typical of inland Castile-La Mancha.
