Mas de las Matas is a municipality in the province of Teruel, in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It is located in the eastern part of the province, within the comarca of Bajo Aragón.
According to the 2018 census conducted by the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), the municipality had a population of 1,299 inhabitants.
