Luceni is a municipality in the province of Zaragoza, in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It is located in the Ebro river valley in northeastern Spain, within the comarca of Ribera Alta del Ebro.
According to the 2004 census carried out by the Instituto Nacional de Estadística (INE), the municipality had a population of 1,048 inhabitants. Like many small municipalities in the region, it is characterised by a modest population size and a setting within Aragon's agricultural lowlands.
