Leciñena is a municipality in the province of Zaragoza, in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It is located in the comarca of Los Monegros, a semi-arid district in the Ebro Depression of northeastern Spain.
According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality had a population of 1,280. Like many settlements in this sparsely populated part of Aragon, Leciñena is a small, rural municipality covering a wide municipal term with a low population density.
