Jarque is a municipality in the province of Zaragoza, in the Aragon region of northeastern Spain. It lies within the Aranda Comarca, a comarca (county) of the province of Zaragoza.
According to the 2004 census carried out by the INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística, Spain's national statistics institute), the municipality had a population of 556 inhabitants. This figure reflects Jarque's status as a small, sparsely populated rural municipality.
