Codos is a municipality in the province of Zaragoza, within the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It is located in the comarca of Comunidad de Calatayud, in the northeastern part of the Iberian Peninsula.
The municipality is small and rural, with a population recorded at 260 inhabitants in the 2009 census (INE). Like many villages in the Zaragoza province, it is set within a landscape of rolling terrain and agricultural land typical of the region.
Codos is one of several small municipalities that make up the sparsely populated countryside of Aragon, an area known for its historic towns and dry, continental climate.
