Cervera de la Cañada is a municipality in the province of Zaragoza, in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It is located in the comarca of Comunidad de Calatayud, in the northeastern part of the Iberian Peninsula.
The municipality is small and sparsely populated, with 319 inhabitants recorded in the 2011 census by Spain's national statistics institute (INE). Like many rural settlements in inland Aragon, it covers a modest territory centred on its principal village.
Cervera de la Cañada is best known for the Mudéjar-style Church of Nuestra Señora de la Asunción, whose brick tower and decorative tilework are characteristic of the Aragonese Mudéjar tradition recognised by UNESCO. The surrounding landscape is typical of the Calatayud region, with dry farmland and low hills.
