Bulbuente is a municipality located in the province of Zaragoza, in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It lies within the comarca of Campo de Borja, a wine-producing area in the Ebro valley.
According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality had a population of 237 inhabitants. Like many small Aragonese municipalities, it has a very low population density and has experienced long-term depopulation.
The village is centred on the Church of the Assumption (Iglesia de la Asunción), a 16th-century Mudéjar-style building. Nearby stands the Castle of Bulbuente, a medieval fortress of Islamic origin that was later held by the Knights of the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem.
