Ballobar is a municipality in the province of Huesca, in the Aragon region of northeastern Spain. It is a small, rural settlement typical of the scattered communities found across this part of Aragon, which lies in the Ebro basin near the foothills of the Pyrenees.
As of 2010, the municipality had a population of 981 inhabitants. That figure reflects the modest scale of the community and the pattern of low population density common to much of rural Huesca.
