Albelda is a municipality in the province of Huesca, in the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It is located in the comarca of La Litera, in the eastern part of the province near the border with Catalonia.
According to the 2004 census (INE), the municipality had a population of 877 inhabitants. The town is centred on a historic core that includes the parish church of San Salvador, and its economy has traditionally been based on agriculture.
