Abanto is a municipality in the province of Zaragoza, within the autonomous community of Aragon, Spain. It is a small, sparsely populated rural settlement in the region's interior.
The municipality recorded a population of 97 inhabitants according to the 2018 census conducted by Spain's national statistics institute, the INE. That figure reflects the pattern of low population density typical of many villages in this part of Aragon.
