Rubite is a municipality in the province of Granada, in the autonomous community of Andalusia, Spain. It lies in the east-central part of the region known as La Costa Granadina, on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.
The municipality is bordered by Lújar, Órgiva and Polopos. According to the 2004 census (INE), the village had a population of 492 inhabitants.
