Jabugo is a town and municipality in the province of Huelva, in the Andalusia region of southern Spain. According to the 2025 municipal register, it has a population of 2,183 inhabitants.
The area is known for its signature ham, Jamón ibérico, a cured product made from Iberian pigs. This association has given Jabugo a recognised name in Spanish food culture.
