Cortelazor is a town in the province of Huelva, in the Andalusia region of southern Spain. It lies at an altitude of 622 metres above sea level and is situated 120 kilometres from the provincial capital, also named Huelva.
The municipality covers an area of forty square kilometres. According to the 2005 census, it had a population of 289 inhabitants, making it a small and sparsely populated settlement within the province.
