Colomera is a municipality in the Province of Granada, in the Andalusia region of southern Spain. It is located in the comarca of Los Montes Orientales, a largely rural area north of the city of Granada.
According to the 2011 census (INE), Colomera had a population of 1,507 inhabitants. The municipality is centred on the town of Colomera, which sits below the ruins of a hilltop Moorish fortress, the Castillo de Colomera.
