Albondón is a village in the province of Granada, in the Andalusia region of southern Spain. It is located in the Alpujarra area of Granada, on the southern slopes of the Sierra Nevada.
According to the 2005 census (INE), the village had a population of 929 inhabitants. Like other settlements in the Alpujarra, it is known for its whitewashed houses and narrow, winding streets.
