Molledo is a municipality located in the autonomous community of Cantabria, in northern Spain. It lies within the comarca of the Besaya valley, in the western-central part of the region.
Like other Cantabrian municipalities, Molledo is made up of several small population centres or localities rather than a single large town, and it is set in the green, hilly landscape characteristic of the region's interior.
