Cabezón de Liébana is a municipality in the autonomous community of Cantabria, in northern Spain. It lies within the comarca of Liébana, a district in the western part of Cantabria associated with the Picos de Europa mountains.
The municipality is a small, rural one. According to the 2007 census, it had a population of 708 inhabitants.
