Sama is a parish and district in the municipality of Langreo (Llangréu), in the Asturias region of northern Spain. It is the second largest parish of Langreo, with an urban population of around 8,500 inhabitants and roughly 300 more living outside the urban area. The parish and district cover an area of 5.47 km².
Historically, Sama was an important commercial and mining zone, reflecting the industrial heritage of the Langreo area and the wider Asturian coal-mining region. Its role as a commercial centre made it a significant local hub within the municipality.
