Peralta is a town and municipality situated in the province and autonomous community of Navarre, located in northern Spain. It sits approximately 59.5 kilometers from the city of Pamplona.
The municipality is positioned along the River Arga, which serves as a tributary of the Aragon River. Additionally, Peralta is one of twenty-seven municipalities that comprise the Merindad de Olite region in the southern part of Navarre. As of 2020, the population of the town was recorded at 5,951 inhabitants.
