Fortuna is a town and municipality situated in the autonomous Region of Murcia in southeastern Spain. It is located in the northeast portion of the region within the Comarca Oriental.
The municipality shares geographical borders with several neighboring areas, including Abanilla to the east, Jumilla and Abarán to the north, and Blanca to the northwest. To the west and southwest, it borders Molina, while its southern boundaries are shared with Murcia and Santomera.
