Rozas de Puerto Real is a municipality in the Community of Madrid, Spain. It is one of the smaller settlements within the region, located in its western part near the border with the province of Ávila and the autonomous community of Castile and León.
The municipality lies in a rural, sparsely populated area of the Madrid region, at the foot of the Sierra de San Vicente and close to the Alberche river valley. Its territory is characterised by a landscape of hills, pastureland and scattered woodland typical of this transitional zone between the Madrid basin and the mountains of the Sistema Central.
Like other municipalities in the Community of Madrid, Rozas de Puerto Real is administered by a local council (ayuntamiento) and forms part of the wider Madrid metropolitan region for administrative purposes, though it retains a distinctly rural character. The village is connected by road to nearby towns such as San Martín de Valdeiglesias and Cenicientos.
