Villar de Torre is a village and municipality in the province and autonomous community of La Rioja, in northern Spain. It lies within the Ebro Valley region of the country, where La Rioja's many small municipalities are concentrated.
The municipality covers an area of 11.99 square kilometres (4.63 square miles). As of 2011, it had a population of 263 people, making it one of the small rural settlements typical of the area.
