Torrecilla sobre Alesanco is a village and municipality in the province and autonomous community of La Rioja, in northern Spain. It is one of the many small settlements that make up this wine-producing region in the Ebro valley.
The municipality covers an area of 4.36 square kilometres (1.68 square miles). As of 2011, it had a population of 38 people, making it a very small rural community.
