Tormantos is a municipality in the autonomous community of La Rioja, Spain. It lies in the most western part of the region, within the comarca of Rioja Alta, and borders the province of Burgos.
The town sits in the fertile plains of the valley of the Tirón river. It is the first town located at a crossing of that river.
