Cihuri is a village and municipality in the province and autonomous community of La Rioja, in northern Spain. It lies within the Ebro river valley region of La Rioja, a small autonomous community in the north of the country.
The municipality covers an area of 9.76 square kilometres (3.77 square miles). As of 2011, it had a population of 223 people, making it a small and sparsely populated rural settlement.
