Cabezón de Cameros is a municipality in the La Rioja region of northern Spain. It lies at an altitude of 923 metres, at approximately 42° 11' N, 2° 31' W, and is about 43 kilometres from Logroño, the regional capital. The municipality covers 12 km².
It is among the smallest municipalities in La Rioja by population. Its registered population was 18 in 2013, 20 in 2018, and 23 in 2023, making it one of the ten least populated municipalities in the region and one of the hundred least populated in Spain as a whole. Its population density is about 1.9 inhabitants per square kilometre.
Cabezón de Cameros also ranks fourth in Spain for its male-to-female population ratio, recorded at 15:8.
