Sencelles is a municipality in central Mallorca, one of the Balearic Islands, Spain. It lies in the centre of the island, about 24 kilometres from Palma de Mallorca, the island's capital.
As a municipality, Sencelles covers the town itself together with the surrounding rural area of the Mallorcan interior. Its central position places it inland, away from the island's coast.
