Alatskivi is a small borough in Peipsiääre Parish, Tartu County, Estonia. It lies in the eastern part of the country, in the region bordering Lake Peipsi. Before Estonia's administrative reform, it served as the administrative centre of Alatskivi Parish.
The borough covers an area of about 1.9 square kilometres and had a population of roughly 382 as of 2019. Its small size and low population make it typical of Estonia's rural boroughs, which function as minor settlement centres within larger municipal parishes.
