El Triunfo is a town and the administrative seat of the El Triunfo Canton in the Guayas Province of Ecuador. Located in the southern part of the country, it sits near the border with the Cañar Province.
The settlement was formerly known as Boca de los Sapos before being renamed El Triunfo. The surrounding canton was officially established in 1983.
