Dajabón is a municipality and the capital city of the Dajabón province in the Dominican Republic. It is situated in the northwestern region of the country, positioned along the frontier with Haiti.
The town functions as a market center with a population of approximately 26,000 residents. Geographically, it is located to the north of the Cordillera Central mountain range.
