Rhede is a municipality situated in the district of Borken within the German state of North Rhine-Westphalia. It is located in the northwestern part of the country, positioned near the border with the Netherlands.
The municipality is located approximately 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) east of the town of Bocholt.
