Moos

Germany

Moos is a municipality in the district of Konstanz in the German state of Baden-Württemberg. It lies on Lake Constance, on the Höri Peninsula, a narrow finger of land projecting into the lake's western end.

The municipality is made up of four villages: Bankholzen, Iznang, Moos and Weiler. It borders the city of Radolfzell to the north, Singen (Hohentwiel) to the west, and the municipalities of Gaienhofen and Öhningen to the south, with Lake Constance forming its eastern edge.

Its position on the Höri Peninsula places it within a small, distinctive lakeside area of the Konstanz district, and its territory extends to the shore of Lake Constance along its eastern side.
