Manatí is a municipality and town in the Las Tunas Province of Cuba. It lies in the north-western part of the province, on Cuba's northern coast, in Manatí Bay.
The town's position on the bay gives it a coastal setting within the province, and it is one of the municipalities that make up Las Tunas Province in eastern Cuba.
