Pedro Betancourt, often referred to simply as Betancourt, is a municipality and town located within the Matanzas Province of Cuba. Situated in the central part of the province, the settlement lies geographically between Jagüey Grande to the west and Unión de Reyes to the east.
The town was established in 1833. It serves as a local administrative center within its respective municipality.
