Santiago de las Vegas is a ward located within the municipality of Boyeros in the Havana region of Cuba. It is situated approximately 20 kilometers (12 miles) south of the city center of Havana.
The area serves as a site for specific government operations, including an agricultural experiment station and a meteorology center. As of 2012, the population of the ward was recorded at 32,958.
