Lianhu is a district of Xi'an, the capital of Shaanxi Province in northwest China. It is one of the eleven urban districts that make up the prefecture-level city of Xi'an. The district takes its name from Lianhu Park, which lies within its boundaries.
Lianhu is located in the central part of the Xi'an urban area. It shares borders with several other districts: Weiyang to the north, Xincheng to the east, and Beilin and Yanta to the southeast. The district is further divided into a number of administrative divisions.
As an urban district of Xi'an, Lianhu forms part of the city's central core. Its name, derived from the park it contains, is one of the few details recorded about the district in available sources.
