Hongmao is a town in Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County, in the central part of Hainan, China. It lies about 18 kilometres (11 miles) west of the county seat and is situated along China National Highway 224.
As of 2018, the town had two residential communities and eleven villages under its administration. It is one of the settlements that make up Qiongzhong Li and Miao Autonomous County, an inland county in Hainan's mountainous centre.
