Hetang is one of the four urban districts of Zhuzhou City in Hunan province, China. It forms part of the built-up core of Zhuzhou, a major industrial city on the Xiang River in eastern Hunan.
As a district rather than an independent city, Hetang functions as an administrative subdivision of Zhuzhou, alongside the city's other urban districts. Its boundaries and governance fall under the municipal administration of Zhuzhou.
