Dali is a town in Nanhai District, in the city of Foshan, Guangdong Province, People's Republic of China. It lies to the north of downtown Foshan.
Administratively it forms part of Nanhai District, one of the districts that make up Foshan, a prefecture-level city in the Pearl River Delta region of southern China. Its position north of the Foshan urban core places it within the broader Guangzhou–Foshan metropolitan area.
Dali should not be confused with the better-known Dali in Yunnan Province, a separate city in southwestern China. The two share a name but are unrelated and lie in different parts of the country.
