Qianwei is a county in the central part of Sichuan Province, China. It is under the administration of Leshan City.
The subject is a county-level administrative division rather than a city, and it lies in Sichuan, not Yunnan. Its administrative seat is Leshan, a prefecture-level city in the same province.
Beyond its status as a county of Leshan, few details are well established in the available source material. Travelers seeking information on Qianwei should consult official Chinese administrative records or regional guides to Sichuan for specifics on its towns, transport, and attractions.
