Wuzhu is a town in Shaanxi Province, China. It is located in the northern part of the province, within the broader region of the Loess Plateau that characterises much of northern Shaanxi.
Like many settlements in this part of China, Wuzhu is a small administrative centre serving the surrounding rural area. The economy of the locality and its hinterland is based primarily on agriculture, with farming adapted to the dry, loess-covered terrain typical of northern Shaanxi.
The town shares its name with other places and historical figures in China, but it is a distinct settlement in its own right. It is connected to the wider region by the road network serving Shaanxi's northern counties.
