Shicheng is a town in the Miyun District of Beijing, China. It lies in the northern part of the district, sharing borders with Changshaoying Manchu Ethnic Township and Fengjiayu Town to the north, Bulaotun and Xiwengzhuang Towns to the east, Xitiangezhuang and Huaibei Towns to the south, and Liulimiao and Tanghekou Towns to the west.
As of 2020, the town had a population of 4,014. Its position among these neighboring towns places it within the broader network of settlements that make up Miyun District in Beijing's north.
