Huaibei is a town in Huairou District, Beijing, China. It is situated in the northern part of the district, bordering Liulimiao and Shicheng Towns to the north, Xitiangezhuang Town to the east, Beifang Town to the south, and Yanqi Town to the west.
The town's name derives from Huairoubei Railway Station, which lies within its boundaries; "Huaibei" literally means "Huai(rou) North." According to the 2020 Chinese Census, Huaibei had a population of 22,487 residents under its administration.
