Gaoliying is a town in Shunyi District, Beijing, China. It lies just north of the Northern 6th Ring Road, the outermost of the ring roads encircling the Beijing urban area, which places it on the northern outskirts of the municipality.
Administratively it is designated a town (zhen), a level of local government common in suburban and rural parts of Beijing. Its position near the 6th Ring Road gives it road access to both central Beijing to the south and the surrounding districts of Shunyi to the north and east.
