Sanhe, formerly known as Heicheng, is a town in Haiyuan County, Ningxia, China. It lies about 45 kilometres (28 mi) southeast of the county seat and roughly the same distance north-northwest of Guyuan, measured in a straight line.
As of 2018, the town administered 13 villages. Its earlier name, Heicheng, is recorded in reference sources on the area.
