Wudan (also rendered Wudan Borhot) is a town in Ongniud Banner, in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China. It lies within the banner's administrative territory in eastern Inner Mongolia, a region characterised by a mix of Mongolian and Han Chinese settlement.
As of 2018, the town administered 27 villages, 16 of which were classified as gaqaa — a term used in Inner Mongolia for village-level units with a predominantly Mongolian population. This structure reflects the area's pastoral and rural character within the banner system of local governance.
Wudan is a small administrative settlement rather than a major urban centre, and public information about it is limited. It should not be confused with Wudang, the mountain range in Hubei Province associated with Taoism.
