Kailu is a county in the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region of China. It lies under the administration of Tongliao City, which is located about 76 kilometres (47 miles) to the east of Kailu.
China National Highway 303 passes through the county, providing a road connection through the area. The county forms part of Tongliao's administrative jurisdiction in eastern Inner Mongolia.
