Yingluo is a small town in Liaoning Province, China. It lies 23.6 kilometres southeast of Haicheng, a city in the same province.
A major cross-town road runs through Yingluo, linking it with Pailou to the northeast and with Dashiqiao City to the west. This road connection makes the town accessible from both directions.
